i absalutly loved this trip!!!!! the most fun part was that we got the opportunity to learn about the wildlife and some other things that gets us out of school. if i was able to rate covenent heights 1 being the worst trip ever or 10 being the most fun i had in a long time i would have to rate you guys a 11!!!!!!!!!!!! this trip was so amazing!!!!!!! i hope that all of the loins will love this trip too. im trying to convince my parents to take my family there for next summer. hope to see you guys soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked Covenant Heights. My favorite part was the RMNP hike. I got
to hike and see an awesome view. I learned about myself that being up high is scary. When on the ground, looking up at the high ropes, it looks like a piece of cake. But when you get up there and do it, it is a different story. Teamwork is everything when you are in groups. It gets you through a lot of problems. Even if you don’t think that you can do it, your friends and classmates cheer you on and push you to do it. what I learned about nature was inportant. If you have an orange peel that could dissolve it is destructive to nature. The value of a trip like this is huge because this could be your only chance to do this kind of thing in your lifetime.

I think our Covenant Heights trip was AMAZING! My favorite part of it was the high ropes and student recreation. I definately learned a lot about the girls in my cabin and group. I learned that I am a lot more social than I thought I was. I even got along with people i didn’t think I could. When it comes to teamwork Ii learned we use it in a lot more places then just sports. Who knew that you need a partner 30 feet below you to keep you safe! At Covenant Heights I learned that there are more than six kinds of pine trees.

This camp is amazing! I had so much fun. I want to go back this summer. The best part for me was seeing and hearing the wild life, especially when we saw a bear. I know that doesn’t always happen. Thats way it was so great. I would also like to recommend the high ropes. It was the climax of the trip. Come this summer or sooner, and enjoy the experience for yourself.
I would like to thank the staff for everything they did to make my trip the best. I’m telling my family about my trip so we can come this summer and enjoy it all over agian.

Covenant Heights reflection.

I thought covenant heights was extremely fun, especially the high ropes! (even though I could only make it to the log!) I also enjoyed the campfire. The songs and skits were hilarious! In addition, the hike up twin sisters was really fun. all in all, I enjoyed the trip to covenant heights

Covenant Height was awesome. I thought it was the best camp I’d ever been on. If there was another chance to go on this trip, I would. I learned on High Ropes that I’m afraid of heights if I’m moving rather than if I’m standing still. I also learned that if you use teamwork, you can get things done faster, and it’s easier for you and others. In nature, I learned that there are many different kinds of pines and spruces. I found a tree with purple pine cones, and I didn’t know there was one. I learned some of my weaknesses and some of the things that I’m good at there. I’m good at ping-pong, but I’m bad at volleyball. I learned many things, had fun, and challenged myself at Covenant Heights and it was great!

Thanks fo a great time Covenant heights staff! It was the best and the food was good, too.

Covenant Heights in my opinion was the best field trip me, and most of my friends, have ever beenn on. It was so much fun I wish we could go again. I had a blast. Everything they did was pretty intresting and their food was pretty good as well. I learned alot about survival and things that could help me in those situations. I learned about things that you may want to bring on a trip and even how to build a fire. I got so scared on the night hike when they were telling those scary stories, but it was fun afterwards to think back on it. One thing that I even learned about myself is that my bar can be set higher and I really can do things i never thought possible. A hint in survival is to always work together, cause if you dont you will never succeed in what your trying to do. Up there it is so beatiful and natural, I loved it. Nature is so relaxing you wouldnt even know it. The only thing I know for sure is i will always remember this trip.

I really enjoyed Covenant Heights! They had an amazing staff, and surprisingly good food. I learned so much about myself and nature too. I learned how to be more verbal to help my team. I also found out that as elevation increases by 1000 feet, the temperature decreases by 3*F. We learned while having fun, the high ropes course and the midnight hike were really fun! I have really been benefitted from this trip, and i know that the Lion team will have tons of fun too!!
